Comic Buddies:
I need your recommendations on which series and how I should get my hands on copies… Also any great graphic novels, it’s regrettable I haven’t opened one since Watchmen.
I’m thinking about one of the Batman series…Although I’m willing to try something I’ve never heard of.
American Vampire by Scott Snyder is incredible. He also did a recent run on Detective Comics with Dick Grayson as Batman that was phenomenal, and is currently writing the main Batman series. He is incredible.
Also, anything by Ed Brubaker is gold. Especially Criminal and Incognito.
Casanova by Matt Fraction is one of the most insane things I’ve ever read and blows my mind every time there’s a new issue.
There’s certainly more I can recommend. And I totally wouldn’t mind lending some to you sometime.
